Get 'Saved Photos' from iPod Touch

Once upon a time I had an idea to get screen shots I did on iPod Touch to Mac OS computer. The iTunes don't give any opportunity to do this - import iPod Touch saved photos from Photo Albums. I had to spend my time to dig about it in the Internet and found with some difficulties the legal way to do this.
Here I show how to do it by Mac OS 10.6.3 Snow Leopard.

This action is easy to do by Preview program right on your Mac. First of one connect your iPod Touch to your Mac OS computer, after - fire up your Preview program and chose 'Import from iPod...'

Then chose the folder for import, photos itself and click import:

That's it :)
